Ingredients
- 2 cups chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons smooth cashew butter (almond butter works too)
- 1 large garlic clove
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon fennel seed
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3 tablespoons water
Recipe
- 1 put all the ingredients in the food processor and blend until smooth. refrigerate for up to 4 days.
