- 500 ml orange juice
- 4 seedless oranges, peeled and chopped
- 2 tablespoons low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon pure honey
Recipe
- 1 blend everything together in a blender.
- 2 process till smooth.
- 3 strain into a jug.
- 4 serve chilled on a hot summer afternoon!
