Ingredients

- 3 large dates, and chopped (pitted)
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- honey (optional)
Recipe
- 1 melt the butter on med heat.
- 2 add the chopped dates.
- 3 fry for 3-5 minutes stirring often.
- 4 beat the eggs in a seperate bowl and add to the pan.
- 5 fry all ingredients until the eggs are set.
- 6 serve with a drizzel of honey (optional).
