- 1 (5 pound) lamb leg, cut into bite size pieces
- 4 ounces dried wood ear mushrooms
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 10 cloves minced garlic
- 4 cups water
Recipe
- wash garlic and leave skin intact; wash and soak all of the mushrooms until soft.
- put the lamb, mushrooms, soy sauce and garlic in a large pot. add water, put heat on low, and let simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until internal temperature of lamb has reached 160 degrees f (70 degrees c).
