3-2-1 Peanut Butter Fudge

• 3 pounds confectioners' sugar
• 2 pounds peanut butter
• 1 pound butter, melted

• line a baking sheet with waxed paper.
• mix confectioners' sugar and peanut butter together in a large bowl until evenly mixed and crumbly. pour butter into peanut butter mixture and stir to combine.
• press peanut butter mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and cool to room temperature.
