Maple-seasoned Turkey Brine
Ingredients

- 1/2 gallon water
- 1 1/2 cups maple syrup
- 1 cup coarse sea salt
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup frozen lovage leaves
- 2 tablespoons dried sage
- 1 tablespoon ground thyme
- 1 tablespoon celery salt

Ready Time: 1 hr 15 mins
- combine water, maple syrup, salt, brown sugar, lovage, sage, thyme, and celery salt in a large stockpot and bring to a boil; cook until sugar and salt are dissolved, 5 to 10 minutes. remove pot from heat and cool brine completely.
