Turkey Rub (poultry Rub)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 7
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon dried marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt (such as himalayan)
  • 3 tablespoons molasses

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Ready Time: 10 mins

  • grind thyme, rosemary, marjoram, and salt together with a mortar and pestle. add molasses and mix until well-combined.
