Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 500 g kingfish
- 6 shallots
- 1 small brown onion
- 250 ml vinegar
- 2 tablespoons ginger
- 2 green chilies
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 cut the fish into 2cm cubes.
- 2 thinly slice the shallots.
- 3 mix all ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- 4 chop the onion finely.
- 5 transfer to a kilawin to a serving bowl and garnish with the chopped onion.
- 6 serve cold.
