Kilawin Na Tanigue

Total Time: 2 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 500 g kingfish
  • 6 shallots
  • 1 small brown onion
  • 250 ml vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons ginger
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cut the fish into 2cm cubes.
  • 2 thinly slice the shallots.
  • 3 mix all ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • 4 chop the onion finely.
  • 5 transfer to a kilawin to a serving bowl and garnish with the chopped onion.
  • 6 serve cold.
