Ingredients

- 14 ounces coconut milk
- 1 lb crushed roasted peanuts
- 10 1/2 ounces sushi vinegar
- 1 lb superfine sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons red curry paste
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce

- 1 blend all the ingredients together in the blender until smooth, leave in fridge to set.
