Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts, small
- 4 teaspoons capers
- 4 teaspoons ginger
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce (optional, and you can modify the amount to taste)
- 3 teaspoons rum, old
- 1 dash olive oil, for serving
Recipe
- 1 fry the chicken breasts.
- 2 while frying, mix the rum, the ginger, the pepper and the tobasco and add slowly.
- 3 once fried, serve in a plate with the capers and olive oil on top.
