Jouw Cut

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 chicken breasts, small
  • 4 teaspoons capers
  • 4 teaspoons ginger
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce (optional, and you can modify the amount to taste)
  • 3 teaspoons rum, old
  • 1 dash olive oil, for serving

Recipe

  • 1 fry the chicken breasts.
  • 2 while frying, mix the rum, the ginger, the pepper and the tobasco and add slowly.
  • 3 once fried, serve in a plate with the capers and olive oil on top.
