Sri Lankan Potatoes

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 6 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon coarse pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 dash cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 dash paprika (for color)

Recipe

  • 1 boil potatoes for 15 minutes or until slightly tender.
  • 2 fry onions in skillet in oil until golden brown. add potatoes and seasonings.
  • 3 stir for a few minutes to lightly brown potatoes.
