- 6 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon coarse pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 dash cinnamon (optional)
- 1 dash paprika (for color)
Recipe
- 1 boil potatoes for 15 minutes or until slightly tender.
- 2 fry onions in skillet in oil until golden brown. add potatoes and seasonings.
- 3 stir for a few minutes to lightly brown potatoes.
