Ingredients

- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon
- chili, minced, to taste
- 1 cup green mango, julienned
- 1 cup carrot, julienned
- 1 cup cucumber, julienned
- peanuts, chopped (optional)
Recipe
- 1 sprinkle a fine dusting of sugar over the veggies and let them rest for 10-15 minutes.
- 2 toss with dressing and top with peanuts.
