Ingredients
- Servings: 1
- 150 g plain yogurt or 150 g citrus-flavoured yoghurt
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1 sprig mint
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 scoop lemon sorbet (use an ice-cream scoop)
Recipe
- 1 put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and process until mixture is smooth or frothy.
- 2 serve immediately.
