Miso- Great Soup!

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 teaspoon instant dashi stock
- 4 cups water
- 4 tablespoons shiro miso
- 1/4 cup dried wakame seaweed
- 1/2 cup soft tofu, small dice
- 2 scallions, sliced
Recipe
- 1 heat up about 1 1/2 cups water to simmer for soaking the wakame.
- 2 turn off and add dried wakame until soft and ready to add to soup.
- 3 boil 4 cups water.
- 4 when boiling add 1 tsp instant dashi.
- 5 let boil for 2 minutes and add scallions and tofu.
- 6 put 4 tblsp miso paste into small bowl or glass.
- 7 add some of the dashi broth to make a "slurry" before adding to broth.
- 8 add "slurry" to broth.
- 9 let boil 1 minute & remove from heat.
- 10 add soaked wakame to broth and pour mixture into serving bowl.
- 11 enjoy!
