Spiced Lamb With Couscous

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup couscous
  • 1 1/4 cups boiling chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon thyme leaves
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 500 g lamb fillets

Recipe

  • 1 for couscous----------------.
  • 2 place couscous and boiling stock in a bowl.
  • 3 cover with plastic wrap.
