Spot Prawn, Mango And Basil Stir Fry

Total Time: 22 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 7 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 3/4 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
  • 1 lb bc spot prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 1 red bell pepper, deced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 tablespoon organic soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaf, shredded

Recipe

  • 1 heat grapeseed oil in a wok over medium heat.
  • 2 mix in ginger, garlic and red pepper flakes.
  • 3 cook and stir for one minute.
  • 4 raise heat to high.
  • 5 add red and green peppers and prawns and stir fry for 3 to 4 min until prawns are just opaque. add mango and cook for another 30 seconds.
  • 6 remove from heat and mix in soy sauce, sesame oil, green onion and basil leaves.
  • 7 serve immediately over steamed rice.
