Spot Prawn, Mango And Basil Stir Fry

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 3/4 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
- 1 lb bc spot prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 red bell pepper, deced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 mango, peeled and diced
- 1 tablespoon organic soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaf, shredded
Recipe
- 1 heat grapeseed oil in a wok over medium heat.
- 2 mix in ginger, garlic and red pepper flakes.
- 3 cook and stir for one minute.
- 4 raise heat to high.
- 5 add red and green peppers and prawns and stir fry for 3 to 4 min until prawns are just opaque. add mango and cook for another 30 seconds.
- 6 remove from heat and mix in soy sauce, sesame oil, green onion and basil leaves.
- 7 serve immediately over steamed rice.
