Simple Japanese Stock

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 4 inches piece kombu seaweed
  • 5 dried shiitake mushrooms
  • 5 cups water

Recipe

  • 1 wipe kombu with a damp cloth.
  • 2 place all ingredients in a soup pot.
