Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1/4 kg red pumpkins or 1/4 kg cucumber
- 1/4 kg fine burghul
- 1/4 kg jaggery, to taste (i like it less sweet)
- 1/4 teaspoon anise seed
- 1/2-1 coconut, grated
Recipe
- 1 grind the pumpkin and mix all the ingredients into it.
- 2 keep aside for 1/2 an hour to an hour.
- 3 steam in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes.
- 4 done.
