Ingredients

• 3 cups water
• 2 teaspoons anise seeds
• 1/2 teaspoon sugar
• 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 2 teaspoons black tea

Recipe

• 1 in a small saucepan, combine all ingredients, except tea, and bring to a boil. allow to simmer for three minutes. strain.
• 2 pour liquid into a tea pot and add the tea. sit for 5 mins before serving.
