Low Cal Coriander Vadi

Total Time: 13 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 2 cups coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 cup grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 pinch hing
  • 1/2 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 mix all the ingredients.
  • 2 wet a kitchen napkin and squeeze out all the water.
  • 3 spread it in a flat microwave proof dish.
  • 4 pour the mixture over.
  • 5 cook on high for 3 minutes.
  • 6 when cool, cut into diamond shapes.
  • 7 serve.
