- 2 cups coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 cup grams flour
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 pinch hing
- 1/2 cup water
Recipe
- 1 mix all the ingredients.
- 2 wet a kitchen napkin and squeeze out all the water.
- 3 spread it in a flat microwave proof dish.
- 4 pour the mixture over.
- 5 cook on high for 3 minutes.
- 6 when cool, cut into diamond shapes.
- 7 serve.
