- 1 lb button mushroom
- 1 tablespoon miso
- 1 teaspoon butter
Recipe
- 1 slice the button mushrooms.
- 2 heat a skillet over low heat and add butter, allowing to brown slightly.
- 3 add the miso and stir. then add all of the mushrooms and stir-stir-stir.
- 4 after a the mushrooms give off their water, which will help melt down the miso further, stir well and serve.
