Red Curry Chicken Sate

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 2 teaspoons red curry paste
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Recipe

  • 1 mix curry paste and oil together.
  • 2 slather the chicken tenders with the curry paste and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
  • 3 while the chicken is marinating, soak bamboo skewers in water.
  • 4 skew marinated chicken, and grill for about three to four minutes on each side.
