Spicy Grilled Fish Fillets

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb tilapia fillet
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 pat fish dry.
  • 2 in small bowl mix together the garlic, garam masala, chili powder, turmeric, salt, oil and lemon juice.
  • 3 baste the fish evenly all over with mixture.
  • 4 grill fish for 10 minutes basting often.
  • 5 serve hot.
