Spicy Grilled Fish Fillets

Ingredients

- 1 lb tilapia fillet
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 pat fish dry.
- 2 in small bowl mix together the garlic, garam masala, chili powder, turmeric, salt, oil and lemon juice.
- 3 baste the fish evenly all over with mixture.
- 4 grill fish for 10 minutes basting often.
- 5 serve hot.
