Low Fat Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
- Servings: 3
- 1/2 cup better n' peanut butter low-fat peanut butter
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon pureed ginger
- 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
- 5 scallions, sliced
- 5 sprigs fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
Recipe
- 1 mix peanut butter with hot water in a small bowl until smooth.
- 2 add spices, soy sauce and cornstarch and whisk to remove any lumps.
- 3 steam-fry veggies of choice, and add the peanut sauce when stirfry is half done.
- 4 bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer until veggies are done and the sauce thickens.
- 5 serve!
