Cilantro-mint Chutney (cook's Illustrated)

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups packed fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 cup packed fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon table salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt

Recipe

  • 1 process all ingredients in food processor until smooth, about 20 seconds. scrape down sides of processor bowl after 10 seconds.
