Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon carrot (finely grated)
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 minced garlic clove (or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder)
- 1/4 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper flakes
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl add the seven ingredients.
- 2 allow to stand for 15 minutes to blend flavors
- 3 makes 1 1/2 cups.
