Roast Lamb With Potatoes

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 7
  • 1 (3 lb) leg of lamb
  • 3 lbs potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 lemons
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 first clean and cut the potatoes in pieces.
  • 2 wash them, add salt and pepper, the lemon juice, stir them and put them in a pan.
  • 3 wash the lamb and without cutting it, add salt and pepper and put in the middle of the pan.
  • 4 add the butter or the oil and 2 cups of water.
