Ingredients

- 1/2 pint coconut ice cream
- 1 cup canned crushed pineapple
- 3/4 cup light cream
- 3 ounces frozen tangerine juice
- 1 small banana
- 1/2 cup ice cube
- 1/4 cup flaked coconut, to garnish
Recipe
- 1 put everything in a blender and blend until smooth.
- 2 pour into a glass.
- 3 garnish with shredded coconut and a fresh rose.
- 4 sip away!
