Matbucha -- Moroccan Grilled Red Peppers & Tomato Salsa

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 5 red bell peppers
  • 5 ripe tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon
  • sea salt
  • 2 -3 teaspoons olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 grill or flame-roast the peppers and tomatoes.
  • 2 if you don't have a grill available, roast the peppers and tomatoes in the oven.
