Stir-fry Vegetables In Black Bean Sauce

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic
  • 1/2 lb sugar snap pea
  • 1/2 cup sliced diagonally celery
  • 1/2 cup sliced diagonally carrot
  • 1/2 cup sliced diagonally mushroom
  • 1/2 cup sliced diagonally red pepper
  • 1/2 cup sliced diagonally green pepper
  • 1/4 cup fermented black beans, smashed
  • 1/4 cup mirin
  • 1/4 cup chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in water
  • 2 teaspoons asian chili sauce

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in wok and add the vegtables.
  • 2 stir and cook 3 minutes.
  • 3 add the remaining ingredients and continue stirring for 2-3 minutes longer or until slightly thickened.
