Pineapple Beef Stif Fry

Ingredients

- 1/2-1 lb beef, strips
- 1/2 cup pineapple tidbits
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons ginger, minced
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup mushroom, sliced
- 1/4 cup tomato, diced
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- additinal salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 salt and pepper beef strips and cook in pan coated with cooking spray on medium-high heat. remove from pan. *skip this step if using leftover cooked meat.
- 2 add mushrooms and onions to pan and cook stirring occasionally until softened (5-6 minutes). add garlic and cook an additional 30 seconds.
- 3 add remaining ingredients and stir together until heated through. allow the cornstarch to thicken the liquid to make a sauce. *add additional soy sauce if desired.
- 4 serve with rice.
