Stir-fry Lamb With Ginger

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 inch piece fresh gingerroot, grated
  • 1/2 lb lean lamb, sliced thin
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cups vegetables, broccoli, snow peas, etc
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. fry ginger in hot oil until fragrant, then add lamb, soy sauce and sugar. cook, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes.
  • 2 stir in the sesame oil, vegetables of choice, green onion and rice wine. simmer until the lamb is tender.
  • 3 serve over steamed rice.
