Stir-fry Lamb With Ginger

Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 inch piece fresh gingerroot, grated
- 1/2 lb lean lamb, sliced thin
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 cups vegetables, broccoli, snow peas, etc
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons rice wine
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. fry ginger in hot oil until fragrant, then add lamb, soy sauce and sugar. cook, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes.
- 2 stir in the sesame oil, vegetables of choice, green onion and rice wine. simmer until the lamb is tender.
- 3 serve over steamed rice.
