Japanese Boboli

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 large boboli pizza crust
  • 1 (16 ounce) package oriental-style vegetables
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup cooked meat

Recipe

  • 1 turn oven to 450°f.
  • 2 heat meat in large, heavy skillet.
  • 3 add frozen veggies and teriyaki sauce.
  • 4 cook over medium heat until thawed and bubbly.
  • 5 mix cornstarch with small amount of water and pour slowly into veggies, stirring constantly until thickened.
  • 6 take off heat.
  • 7 put boboli on pizza pan.
  • 8 spread veggies mixture over top.
  • 9 put in oven and cook for 8-9 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • 10 slice like a pizza and serve hot.
