- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 g chili powder
- 2 g allspice

- 1 fry onions in the oil until golden brown.
- 2 add the ginger -garlic paste, tomato paste, capsicum , salt redchilli powder ,all spice .
- 3 finally add panir cubes.
