Middle Eastern Tahini Dip

Ingredients
- 1 cup tahini
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon rind
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/3 cup water
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 in bowl, stir 1/3 cup water into tahini.
- 2 stir in lemon rind and 1/3 cup lemon juice, then another 1/3 cup water.
- 3 stir in parsley, garlic, cumin and salt.
- 4 (dip can be covered and refrigerated for up to 8 hours. serve at room temperature.).
