Middle Eastern Tahini Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup tahini
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon rind
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 in bowl, stir 1/3 cup water into tahini.
  • 2 stir in lemon rind and 1/3 cup lemon juice, then another 1/3 cup water.
  • 3 stir in parsley, garlic, cumin and salt.
  • 4 (dip can be covered and refrigerated for up to 8 hours. serve at room temperature.).
