Raita (cook's Illustrated)

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 medium garlic clove, minced or pressed through garlic press (about 1 teaspoon)
  • table salt, to taste
  • cayenne pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 stir all ingredients together. refrigerate until needed.
