Rich Mango Lassi

Ingredients

  • 500 g plain yogurt
  • 400 ml mango pulp
  • 2 tablespoons condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 put half of all ingredients in a blender and blend till well mixed.
  • 2 scrape sides with a spatula if necessary.
  • 3 test for sweetness and thickness and add condensed milk/water to achieve the a sweeter and thinner drink if you prefer.
  • 4 repeat with the second half.
