Ingredients

- 2 lbs ground chuck
- 1 slice pita bread
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 soak the bread in milk until it is soft, then drain the milk.
- 2 combine the bread, onions, parsley, salt, black pepper, and cinnamon powder with meat. mix thoroughly with your hands.
- 3 shape into balls.
- 4 bake at 350° on an oiled pan for about 30 minutes.
