Palestinian Kofta

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 2 lbs ground chuck
  • 1 slice pita bread
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 soak the bread in milk until it is soft, then drain the milk.
  • 2 combine the bread, onions, parsley, salt, black pepper, and cinnamon powder with meat. mix thoroughly with your hands.
  • 3 shape into balls.
  • 4 bake at 350° on an oiled pan for about 30 minutes.
