Rich Sesame Sauce(or Marinade)

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 6 tablespoons dark sesame oil
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted in a small skillet
- 4 -6 garlic cloves, peeled, smashed (or more to taste)
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger (or 1/2 tsp. minced fresh ginger)
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 put all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth.
- 2 varitation:.
- 3 roast or fry a few raw peanuts until golden and use 1/2 cup light peanut flavored oil flavored with 2 tbls. roasted peanut oil.
