Palak Raita

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 500 g yoghurt
  • 500 g spinach, blanched and chopped (palak)
  • salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds (rai)
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons green coriander (to garnish)

Recipe

  • 1 whisk yoghurt to obtain a smooth consistency.
  • 2 mix palak, salt, garlic, ginger, black pepper and mustard seeds.
  • 3 transfer onto serving bowl garnish with red chili powder and green coriander.
  • 4 serve chiiled.
