Ingredients

- 500 g yoghurt
- 500 g spinach, blanched and chopped (palak)
- salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds (rai)
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 2 tablespoons green coriander (to garnish)
Recipe
- 1 whisk yoghurt to obtain a smooth consistency.
- 2 mix palak, salt, garlic, ginger, black pepper and mustard seeds.
- 3 transfer onto serving bowl garnish with red chili powder and green coriander.
- 4 serve chiiled.
