Ginger Herb Mix

Ingredients

  • Servings: 30
  • 1/2 cup ginger (ginger leaves, dried and crumbled)
  • 3/4 cup dried parsley
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Recipe

  • 1 mix crumbled ginger leaves, parsley, garlic powder, cumin, mustard seeds, sea salt and sugar together.
  • 2 to use, wash and dry fish or chicken lightly; rub with vegetable oil; sprinkle with herb mixture.
