- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard seeds
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Recipe
- 1 mix crumbled ginger leaves, parsley, garlic powder, cumin, mustard seeds, sea salt and sugar together.
- 2 to use, wash and dry fish or chicken lightly; rub with vegetable oil; sprinkle with herb mixture.
