- 1 red chili pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh gingerroot
- 3 tablespoons fresh limes or 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 1/2 tablespoons fish sauce
Recipe
- 1 combine the garlic, sugar, chile and ginger in a small bowl or mortar.
- 2 crush the mixture to a paste.
- 3 add the lime juice and fish sauce and stir to blend.
