Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sliced onion
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons chopped gingerroot (i use ginger paste)
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients into a blender.
- 2 blend on low for 1 minute, then high for 30 seconds.
- 3 add additional salt or pepper to taste.
- 4 chill.
- 5 stir before serving on salad.
