Ginger Dressing

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sliced onion
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons chopped gingerroot (i use ginger paste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients into a blender.
  • 2 blend on low for 1 minute, then high for 30 seconds.
  • 3 add additional salt or pepper to taste.
  • 4 chill.
  • 5 stir before serving on salad.
