Ingredients

- 7 ounces cooked sushi rice, about 200 g
- 1/2 sheet nori
- 1 egg, cook into an omelette
- 1 green kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
- 2 ounces salmon, about 50 g
- 3 poached prawns
Recipe
- 1 spread rice as same size of nori.
- 2 place nori on the rice and put all the filling on nori.
- 3 roll it and slice it as you like.
