Fattoush- Feta Cheese & Romaine Salad

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, salad (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup black olives (pitted and sliced in halves or quarters)
  • 3 tablespoons chopped mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon dill (dry)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 cup croutons or 1/2 cup toasted pita bread

Recipe

  • 1 mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl and serve cold.
  • 2 enjoy!
