Low-fat Japanese Miso Dressing

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 tablespoons miso
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 -3 tablespoons dashi (or water)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (ground)

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients with a small whisk.
