Nano Dok

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 tablespoons clarified unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of powdered dried mint

Recipe

  • 1 heat the butter in a small pan.
  • 2 stir in cinnamon.
  • 3 stir in turmeric.
  • 4 cook for a minute or two.
  • 5 make sure the heat is not too high.
  • 6 add mint to pan.
  • 7 remove from heat.
  • 8 add to soups just before serving, and to boranis, yoghurt salads for the added flavour and burst of colour this blend provides.
  • 9 enjoy.
