Ingredients

- 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons ginger
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 scallions, chopped
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar, and ginger and set aside.
- 2 in a saucepan, melt brown sugar on high, stirring rapidly (do not burn!).
- 3 add the soy sauce mix and bring to a boil.
- 4 remove from heat and pour into a serving dish and garnish with the scallions.
