Ginger Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons ginger
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 scallions, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 in a small bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar, and ginger and set aside.
  • 2 in a saucepan, melt brown sugar on high, stirring rapidly (do not burn!).
  • 3 add the soy sauce mix and bring to a boil.
  • 4 remove from heat and pour into a serving dish and garnish with the scallions.
