Pumpkin Ice Cream

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 1 liter french vanilla ice cream or 1 liter any vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup cold mashed pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon mixed spice

Recipe

  • 1 soften ice cream.
  • 2 mix in pumpkin and mixed spice.
  • 3 spread into a 17 x 10cm loaf tin.
  • 4 freeze until hard.
  • 5 serve cut into slice with fresh fruit, muffin or a slice of cakes.
