- 1 liter french vanilla ice cream or 1 liter any vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup cold mashed pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon mixed spice
Recipe
- 1 soften ice cream.
- 2 mix in pumpkin and mixed spice.
- 3 spread into a 17 x 10cm loaf tin.
- 4 freeze until hard.
- 5 serve cut into slice with fresh fruit, muffin or a slice of cakes.
