Sushi Rice

Total Time: 17 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 cups sushi rice, cooked to packet instructions and still warm
  • 4 tablespoons sushi vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 combine the vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small bowl.
  • 2 add to rice, and mix well.
  • 3 allow to cool before making sushi.
